lyrics
it's easy to forget when the poetry sounds fucked up in my head
i drink too much now
but i wonder what you'd say to me
and if i'd even feel a thing
the clockwork has run out
haven't loved u for a long time anyhow
but i'm stronger now
i don't care about the sound
of who you're sleeping with
i was bored of the same routine
lying in bed watching tv
remember how you'd shout me down
you're arrogant you're always proud
i guess u get it from your dad
it's your own high when you're feeling sad
but i'm stronger now
and i love myself
u should try it now
and i'll tell u about it
in my head you're mine
if only half the time
i could sing and cry
u should tell me about it
i think i've been too numb
i don't think about all the shit that went on
it's in the past now
if i want u back it's just not me
it's the nostalgia lingering
i guess i'll keep it to myself
write sad songs i promise not to tell
but i'm stronger now
and i love myself
u should try it now
and i'll tell u about it
in my head you're mine
if only half the time
i could sing and cry
u should tell me about it
i'll tell u about it
but i'm stronger now
so i tell myself
take my leave and bow
i'm done talking about it
i've told u about it

What a lineup. So many amazing artists involved in this compilation, and all for a mighty cause too.
On my first play through, so can’t name a favourite yet, but you know your can’t go wrong with Salvation Bill and BE GOOD.
Shout out to Lucy Leave in particular as well, who are shining a light on Oxford’s alternative scene at the moment. Jack Olchawski

Moving In's stuff is perfectly melancholic, ethereal and yearns with the pain and confusion of that kind of unrequited love that everyone needs to experience before they find their true love. Blissful ❤️ Emmanuel Sackey
As the name implies, there’s something wonderfully spooky about this Philly band—shoegaze with a haunting undercurrent. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 27, 2023
